No-Bake Pecan Clusters
If you're anything like me, baking feels like a science experiment that is way too complex that no matter how many instructions I follow or how many mixes I try to use, I'll be the one to screw it up...
So when it comes to a treat that doesn't require the oven, you can count me in!
These no-bake pecan clusters are only TWO ingredients (three if you count the salt on top) and just require some chocolate melting and freezer magic to be ready.
No-Bake Pecan Clusters
ingredients:
- Whole pecans
- Dark chocolate
- Salt (flaky, Himalayan or whatever you have on hand!)
instructions:
How to make No-Bake Pecan Clusters
- Fully melt your dark chocolate. You can do this on a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Add the pecans to the melted chocolate and toss so that they're fully coated on all sides (this is crucial so the clusters can form when the chocolate sets!)
- On a parchment lined baking sheet, make clusters with about 5 pecans, then sprinkle a little salt on top.
- Pop into freezer laying the baking sheet flat for about 2 hours or overnight. Keep them stored in the freezer and enjoy!
